Since your at about 4400' and your average snowfall is about 4" a year -

Just wait a few days and you will find everything that was covered by SNOW.  That four letter word that I don't like. ;D
 
Brrrrr!  No thanks.  Yikes man...it get's below 60 here and we're all bundled up in blankets and parkas.  I lived in Fairbanks Alaska for 3 years courtesy of the U.S. Air Force, and that was enuffff for me.  It is pretty to look at though...in pictures.

ok, I used mayer as a reference.  (we over 5k feet)
actually one of the private cabins on edge of forest land.
bout 9 more miles up the hill. we get LOTS of snow.
past wolf creek

this storm in two days dropped 28 inches.
the one week before almost as much.

I also have a place in apache junction.
(winter quarters)
we had snow all over superstition mountains.
dog and I went jeeping up there.
valley of the sun...
