Move how? Left or right or maybe move in or out to latch securely?
Need more info.

I have adjusted my compartment doors before.

The top hinge is usually composed of a tubular section attached to the door which fits inside another larger tubular section attached to the RV.

The hinge is designed to move laterally and in fact will slide out sideways to remove the door when it is raised.

Look for a set screw that will allow you to move the door sideways to remove it or adjust it.

Sorry for the Medical joke after your first post.

Good day gents , sorry for lag in response but have been out of town among other issues. Anyway I managed to get info I needed at a repair service. Each side of hinge has a screw into a piece of rubber as a stop, remove screws and door slides.
thanks to you all who responded, lots of knowledge here and willingness to help.
