Common courtesy requires slower moving vehicles to use the right lane - except to pass, then you are not the slower vehicle.(PLEASE
do not pass a vehicle going 65 mph when you are only going 65 ? mph. It will take you FOREVER to pass and tick off everybody who has to slow down and wait. You may speed up to 67 or 68 for a few seconds to pass!!)
If you are pulling a trailer in the left lane and therefore passing everybody on the road, you will soon be in the median with blown tires, and NOT in the fast lane.
