Today I brought home a new to me 1995 19' Fleetwood Wildnerness.  It's going to be a summer project for me but it has a lot of potential.  It's not the prettiest thing but I'm looking forward to starting to work on her.

At one time, it developed a roof leak causing some interior mold and damage.  Pretty much the entire dinette area needs to be redone.  However, there is no floor damage, the frame is solid, and all appliances, heat, and AC supposedly work.  I'll get some more photos tomorrow.

Sounds like a big project, but one that a handyman can accomplish with just time and effort. Keep as posted as you check things out and do the repairs. Photos too, as much as possible.

Floor Plan image.  The front is the area with the water damage and the water damage is only up high so I don't think it was ever a big leak.  I may not have to remodel the entire interior but we'll see as I explore more.
