Gulfstream/Enduramax Toy Hauler Recommendations

Looking at a 3912END Enduramax Toy Hauler.  Starting to hear horror stories about service and quality.  Any recommendations?

Quality from Gulfstream seems to be one of those things, somewhat like the Friday afternoon assembly of motor vehicles reputation that was enjoyed by certain manufacturers at one time. I have seem some very nice Gulfstream products but have also witnessed what I would consider totally unacceptable finished products. Service/assistance from the manufacturer before and after the sale.... horrible. If they treat the dealer network the same way, well....

Thanks for the insight.  Live in Chicago.  No dealers within 150 miles.  Heard it was because most dealers dropped their line due to quality and support.  I appreciate the help.  Stay warm.
