Leveling Jacks Control Panel

Hi Everybody,

My control panel on my dash for the leveling jacks is missing buttons and is trashed.  Looking to replace it, I am not sure what I can change it out with or if the OEM system is still available?  The label on the dash is Milwaukee Cylinder.  Anybody have any ideas on what I can use in its place?
