New to the forum. I have a 2000Winny Horizon 38 ft diesel pusher. Changed house batteries and my Powerline load center not showing anything. All systems work, but no info on load center. Any suggestions

Double check that you reconnected all the wires to the batteries. When I experience a problem after doing something to the RV, I usually find that I caused the problem.

I checked that. all seems ok. The air, water heater and fridge all work, just no lights on at the load center.

I had this same problem in our Mandalay. Everything worked fine, but the load center was blank. It was a bad ground on the power feed to the load center itself.
