Hello!
We are planning a trip up to Oregon this summer from Southern California. Staying our first night in Fairfield California (just below Napa) and are trying to decide on the second night. We are looking near Avenue of the Giants on 101, or somewhere in that area. We are trying to keep it a shorter day, so don't want to go as far North as Eureka. I was looking at either Richardson Grove State Park or the Humboldt Redwoods state park, Albee Creek Campground. Has anyone visited either?
We have a class A 27 ft fleetwood flair and will not be towing anything. My parents will be driving a 30 ft Class C Shasta with a slide out in the living area on the drivers side and towing a jeep wrangler.
My parents in particular are hoping we can find a campground that is in the trees and the spots are at least a little spacious. Any suggestions??
Thanks!!!
