Today I tried to open Mapsource to load some new maps in my StreetPilotIII. It would not open. I reset the computer once and it still didn't work. Tried a repair on City Navigator V5 with no results. I can't find my unlock codes so that eliminates a reload of the software after its removal.
When I click on the shortcut, a screen comes up indicating the Author is not signed (and accepted by Microsoft). When I click on Run, the screen just goes blank and nothing happens. When I went into the files area, each of the software packages indicates the files are present.
Is it possible that some recent change in Security could be blocking this program from opening?
P.S. I still had the program on another computer and could perform the change of maps acceptably.
