I see a few issues:

• No windshield wipers, doesn't meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards
• Speeds over 50 likely to result in loss of shingles (although that's probably not an issue)
• The chimney, while cute, is not sufficiently tall to create proper draft, especially under way
