Newbie - need guidance

Hi - I'm new to forum posts, but thought I'd start here to ask for help.
My brother-in-law from Milwaukee, is stranded near Sudbury, Ontario.  He just bought a 1988 Toyota-based motorhome, made by R.B.R. Minicruiser, called a 20 footer.  2.4 liter fuel-injected four-cylinder 22RE engine. Automatic transmission.  He needs a new motor for it.  Can anybody suggest a place to start?  tried google, without much luck.

Toyota Dealer or an Engine Shop, I would not think it would be to much hassle swapping out an engine.  There are new or rebuilt short block available from Auto Supply Shops all over the place.
 
That's a real common Toy motor.  I would start with wrecking yards.
