Norcold 1210 cooling unit replacement

I have a 2021 Reflection and the fridge leaked ammonia. Norcold sent me a new cooling unit under warranty and it was installed yesterday. Everything seems to work, cooling fans come on, pipes get warm/hot, burner lights, etc. but the fridge and freezer are still room temp. I’ve tried it on both A/C and LP with no luck. I tried turning it off for 3 hours and then turning it back on. Left it running overnight and it’s still not getting cold. I’m stumped. Any ideas on what could be going on?

When I reach my hand up in there, the part marked in red was hot and the part marked in blue was cold and had condensation on it. Is this how it should be?

If your cooling unit was installed under warranty and isn't working, I would take it back where the work was done to get it resolved. Doing work yourself could violate the warranty.

It had an air bubble in the system. Tilted the fridge forward to a 45 degree angle for a few minutes to let the air bubble escape. Stood it back up and installed in the cabinet. Turned the unit back on and it’s cooling now. Woohoo!!
