Power Gear Slide Out Motors

I need to replace my Power Gear Slide Out Motor on my Class C RV.  I've removed the old one...and have done extensive research online to see what's available.  Lippert charges the most for a new replacement motor.  However, I've noticed that many of these Power Gear Slide Out Motors on many websites including Ebay look exactly like mine...have prices from A-Z ($349.00 to wellover $800.00/Lippert)?  It appears that many of these Power Gear motors with different model#s...would also fit my RV.  They all run on 12VDC..and have brakes, etc. and their install dimensions and shaft length appear perfect fit for mine too.  But its almost impossible to find another unit with exactly my model #522802...but many available with model #s right in that same area (i.e. 523900, 522895, 522403, etc.  Any opinions or comments would be appreciated.

Those motors may have been superseded a few times depending on how old your unit is. Some motors replace several different models. I read on one site where it says you may even have to drill different mounting holes in the framework. Does it say on your motor how many rpm or torque rating? I believe this motor has the same mounting as yours.
