Found this reference on another RV group: http://www.publiclands.org/  It's a search site for public recreation, including camping, in 11 western states.  Covers BLM, COE, etc.

Looks like a good site. I love the first sentence about Utah. I think it's almost there!!! :)

Of all the states in the lower 48, Utah, in our opinion, has the most variety of scenery.  Every turn of the road brings a different type of geology.  It's really incredible.  I guess that's why we keep going back there :)

This country we are blessed to live in has much to see and beautiful scenery but IMHO There is no place with so much scenic beauty concentrated in on state as there is in Southern Utah.
