Hi Looking at getting a rc sailboat and wondered if any members have any experience with them. New to this hobby but not new to sailing.

I have a Soling one meter sailboat. I would recommend that you find a group that is sailing near where you are staying and find out what boat they are using. If you don't want to compete (which is fun) then buy what you can afford. With Soling all boats are equivalent so supposed to be best sailor.

Yes its a good hobby RC sailing, when I am in Lake Havasu I use it alot, get one that also has an electric motor in it, in case the wind dies, so you can steer it back to you
