I had a water line burst over the weekend, and I need to get behind a panel below the kitchen sink to get to all of the tubing there. It looks like it's stapled in place, anyone have any suggestions on the best way to non-destructively get it out?

Arrow points to panel, circle is around suspected staple.

Staple guns are probably the most common method of such panels being installed into RVs today. If you can get behind the panel with something to hammer it out, that is probably the best way. If not you will probably have to pry it out somehow.

Sometimes tacking the staple in all the way through the wood is a better option than trying to remove it.

I've found that needle nose vice-grips and a flat pry bar are the go to tools for removing any staple or nail. Staples are easy if raised a bit with a an awl to accommodate the vice-grips.
