Anybody ever use ‘Dicor Coolcoat’? Supposedly used to reseal the EDPM rubber roof coating. What was your experience of it? Good, Bad & Ugly of using it?
Can it be applied over ‘patches’ of Flex Seal?
What’s a good cleaner to prep the roof?
