RV lots to buy

My husband and I would like to buy an RV lot in Arizona and rent it out for the next few years before we retire.  Does anyone have some suggestions on where is a good RV resort in Arizona to buy?  Any help would be appreciated.

You will find that with the rapid expansion in many areas in recent years that real estate prices are grossly inflated in AZ (and other parts of the country as well).  Places we would have considered just a few years ago are now out of our price range because the prices are not in line with the values.

That said, there are developments in southern AZ in Yuma, particularly the foothills area, and around Phoenix, especially on the NW side (Surprise has Happy Trails, home to a number of forum members, but, again, priced well above the value).

Apache Junction has some RV Lots for sale as well as Terra Del Sol in Florance Area as well.  Good  Luck
