I am sure you will get some personal recommendations.
I use Campendium as my main search tool.
It always seems pretty complete. You have to read the ratings with a grain of salt as some ratings are quite a bit out of date.

Finding any campsite in coastal Florida will likely be a challenge during the winter season, but check around. There are always cancellation popping up.

The other busy time is summer vacation.
I tried to get into the panhandle somewhere in summer 2020 and ended up in Biloxi to get on the beach. Pensacola to Destin was fully booked out.

m the issue would be finding ones that have openings. If you plan on doing the trip during high season, you need to reserve a year ahead in many cases. Though some may have open sites for a few days
