The building is 50' X 50' and the apartment is roughly half of the building. The metal building was by Athens Steel in Athens, TX but there are others who build to similar standards. The interior was constructed by the original owner who we bought from. I did do some remodeling but can't take credit for the majority of it. It is located in a retirement community that was developed by a group of fulltimers and that has many similar to it.
