Strange electrical problem please help

It was a bad nuetral at the pedestal.
That is what most of us were suspecting. It is what electricians call a floating ground. Electrically, the neutral connection is in the center of a 2 phase power source, giving L1 & L2 each 120V for a total between them of 240V. In this situation, exactly where the neutral is entering the circuit is changing, still giving a total of 240V but no longer sharing the voltage equally and electrically it is moving. A floating neutral is something that requires a little more electric theory than we normally try to explain in an RV forum. ;)
