The campground in Organ Pipe NM does have a length limit and if I remember correctly they are very strict about it but can't remember what the length is.  Smoky, Nogales has dental and eye services too but it is about the same distance as going to Yuma.

Hi Lorna,

Organ Pipe does have a length limit (35') but they are not strick about it any more.  They used to be.  The sites are very easy to get in/out of.  Most are pull throughs.  We saw 40 footers in there.  They are however strick about how long you can stay and about running the generator.

We were there last Spring when the wildflowers were at their finest!!!  I was walking trails where the wildflowers came up to above my waist in full bloom.  We happened to hit it just right.

Glad to hear that about Organ Pipe's campgrounds because that might encourage us to go back there someday.  Didn't like staying in Why.

Organ Pipe is located South on Hwy #85 off of Hwy#8 past Ajo, AZ right on the US/Mexican border.

It really is a beautiful park.
