Tow Dolly

Need some help. I have a class A Motorhome and I want to tow the wifes 2000 Honda Accord V6 with a Tow Dolly. I am looking at a 2010 Tow Master with electric brakes in excellent condition,should I go for it.

I do not know that particular make but if the weight and all the numbers are in the proper range, go for it.
