Most magazines have very low intorductory rates for new subscribers, but you have to hunt around for them. 

Ditto with RV clubs like Good Sam. At the campground where we are working, we are able to sell new Good Sam memberships for only $12, whereas GS is charging $19 on their web site. And renewals for existing members are substantially higher yet.
