TV and Fireplace addition post?

[Blues Driver]

A while back I read a post about the addition of a TV on a riser and a fireplace in the same cabinet.  The post showed several pictures of the framework, tv lift etc. to the finished product.  Now I can't find it.  Can anyone help with locating it?

Dan, it's hard to see but is there anything stopping you from dropping things inside the tv opening when the tv is down? If there isn't, is it hard to retrieve?
Also, what's in the upper right hand corner near the ceiling?
