hello, I'm searching for window wipers and a wiper arm for my Damon Daybreak 1996; it's the one with a double arm. One of them snapped and they're both super old so looking into swapping them for new ones. Does anyone know which model it is?

So I got the window wiper now and here is the problem. It doesn’t stick to the windscreen properly. There’s this part in the middle that pushes against the blade making it stick out on both ends. Am I missing something or should I just trim that plastic bit?

It looks that the arm's tension is set too high, therefore applying too much pressure to the centre part (see pic below)?

I'm not familiar with the procedure (if any) to release some of the tension in the arm Screenshot_20221020-103248_Chrome~2.jpg

It looks like you have the wrong style wiper blade. You should have one with a hole through the wiper arm frame to insert the removable pin at the end of the Damon wiper arm through.

This video at the 2:04 mark shows how the blade is mounted to an arm with a non-removable pin. The pin on the Damon arm goes through the other hole not used in the demo.
