Windshield Solar Shade will not Retract

MCD solar shade will not retract on a 2015 Adventurer 37F. I pulled the books on it and attempted the reprogramming sequence. The indicator beeps as described by the books are not changing modes or operation. Any insight or advice would be helpful. For now I just roll it up manually to get it out of the way.

On the production Winnies with the MCD shades, I assume the switch is wireless? I've had a shade motor fail so that's a possibility.

Hey John, that is a possibility ... it’s not wireless though. There are little buttons on hanging wires that are attached on the right side of the shade. I’ll check out the motor possibility and go from there.

Doc, have you tried shutting power off for a few minutes. I think the chassis batteries supply the windshield shade . I would try that and then reprogram the stops. If that fails I'd try calling MCD support.

The two hanging wires and button are used to program the travel limits, both up and down.
