We recently purchased our 5th Wheel and the Winegard Air 360 is located on the roof. We have not purchased the Gateway companion for service yet, but would like to know how well it works before we invest. Can anyone tell us how good your signal is and whether or not it’s worth the investment? Thanks!

We also recently purchased a 5W with the Air 360, but I couldn't get a signal to any of the outlets. The 5W owner's manual and the 360 manual both mentioned a wall receptacle with a switch and green light to power the 360. I could only find a wall receptacle with a switch and red light, which I believe is a signal amplifier.

I called the manufacturer (a Winnebago company) and was told "we didn't install 360's on that year of 5W". I pushed back and, after some research by their tech support, I was told that my 360 is continually powered, so no need for the wallplate switch and green light. Still no signal.
