According to the Coleman brochure, it is equipped with a wireless charger & USB port in the dinette table top, but it doesn't identify the charger model or any details. Do you have any sort of manual for the charger? Or anything that identifies the make/model?

Do you mean it beeps whether there is anything on the charger plate or not?

Is the charger 12v powered or does it need shore power? The only thing I can think of would be low DC voltage but that would be for DC power only.

All of the wireless chargers I've used do not have the capability to beep. BUT, the devices that charge via them make a noise when they start charging. Maybe what's happening is that the magnetic field is not strong enough to stay connected or the charging device is not placed properly within that field. The device will beep or ping every time it manages to reconnect.

The latter happens to me occasionally. It can be really irritating in the middle of the night.

Random. It is the charger circle. More often when there is nothing on it charging. Beep coming from inside cause when we opened it up to expose the USB port it got louder

My guess is the charger is picking up a nearby device that isn't quite close enough to charge, but the charger is sensing the device. Sort of like a Bluetooth connection when a Bluetooth is turned on and as you get nearer to it, it will beep.
