    Trickin' out a used PopUp

Hey there! How easy is it to find accessories for used pop ups? Where does one look? The dealer I purchased my used 2004 Starcraft 1701 from is kind of a "bare bones" operation. Seriously, they offered me a *railroad tie* to replace the metal foot that was missing! :-)  They eventually found a...

    Questions: Used 2004 Starcraft 1701 for $2800?

Sweet! How do you put storage in a tow rig -- can you buy ones with storage? Also... I'm trying to figure out where to add a bike rack. Logically, I'd wanna attach bikes to the trailer but now I'm thinking it'd be better to mount to the car (a Toyota Camry) in case the bike trails or whatever I...

    Questions: Used 2004 Starcraft 1701 for $2800?

Thanks so much! I went for it last weekend -- it is SO CUTE!! Not much storage inside but it's a tight little camper, can't wait to scrub it down, find places for as much of our gear as possible and get it out into the woods asap!!

    Questions: Used 2004 Starcraft 1701 for $2800?

Thanks very much! I printed up Natasha's Checklist for purchasing used pop-ups, and plan is to go thru it one item at a time this weekend at the dealer's. He's probably gonna hate me, heheheeh!! But I think it's important to know what I'm getting. Thanks again for your input, I very much...

    Questions: Used 2004 Starcraft 1701 for $2800?

Hello! I've posted before regarding my search for a pop-up trailer this Spring... I found a neat older one (15+ years but in great condition) on Craig's List that seemed good for us, just a little big so we figured we'd shop around and, well, someone else snapped it up. No big loss, as it was a...

    Question about forum protocol

Thank you so much for the links/info about how to check "book" value -- at least it's a starting point, right? OK so here's the link to the pop up I'm looking at. The guy seemed really nice, he clearly loves this thing and had lots of great times in it (the family has upgraded to a bigger RV)...

    Question about forum protocol

I am hoping to buy my first RV, looking at lots of Craig's List ads, saw a neat little one last Sunday, not a lot of bells 'n whistles, but had been well-kept & well-loved by its owner for the last 15 years or so. I would like to post what seller is asking, to see if anyone might have some...

Introduction -- PopUp Honeymoon Hopefuls in Philadelphia

Hello! My boyfriend and I have done a whole lotta tent camping -- we love it, but we're pretty sick of packing & unpacking our car, not to mention are in sore need of somewhere to store our gear now that we've moved to a smaller place. We're thinking a pop-up tent camper would be a good "next...
