    Updating our Coach

I applaud your remodel. Super execution has yielded wonderful results. What is your coach? A lot of these look similar. I have a 1996 Tiffin 28 and it looks very similar, but the dash looks like you may have a Ford, whereas mine is a Chevy fedex truck. cheers!

    A work of art

A prestigious Airstream dealer is in my neighborhood. The mohos are super rare, only a couple per year filter thru. However the trailers...very popular. Pricey. I don't know how they compare to other trailers but they are all  ~$45k to $90k (new) which seems like a lot for a trailer. Amazing...

New floor for the old Bounder

Not only is that is one of the best looking "After" situations, but the contrast to the "before" more specifically the "during" is astounding.

    Yellowstone

Miss Whirlwind I am in my first year of driving / owning the RV so Teton Pass was definitely worthy of a good fret. I was not comfortable till we flattened out again (beware the false flats with a BIG turn if you are going Driggs>Jackson direction), but it was a powerful learning experience and...

    Yellowstone

Teton Pass from Driggs to Jackson is 10% both sides and about 5 miles each. It is a very nice surface with a few turnouts. There are switchbacks. It is somewhat of a "thrill" that demands focus. This is south of "The Park" and may come to bear in your travels depending on your approach or...

New floor for the old Bounder

    2. rmp is Red Max Pro a floor wax carried by Lowes & others which has been used effectively for shining up RVs. Similar to Poliglo. RVers swear by it.

    Where to begin?

Last year our son & I did a test camp (when the girls were scouting one weekend) at Wabasis Lake. This actually turned out to be a very neat spot. We got all loaded up, just like the real deal. It was an instructive experience. I recommend trying this, or something along these lines. It is one...

    Anyone tried This Roof Coating?

Liquid EPDM is a proven product with many RVers on this forum has happy customers, including repeat customers.

    Where to begin?

oh my word that is an epic moho! I am approaching my first year anniversary as an RVer. Northeast Grand Rapids. With a fancy new tall rig you want to be careful with low hanging branches anywhere you may park (or drive). Branches rip & tear the roof material. Mine is quite a bit lower than...

Recommendations for a good "winter" motorhome (class b/c).

thanks for the tip. I did have the thermostat checked and its fine. I did have some funkiness in the gage at one point and I recently had the sending unit replaced, and now it runs dead center @ 200f. The coolant gage shows that the thermostat opens and the engine warms up normally all the way...

    family of 10 class a or c?

Have you checked the Schoolie option? Converted school bus, or even a converted bus of any kind? It would seem to be a great vehicle for a family of 10. Mileage is bad no matter what you drive in the RV world.

    Solar power question?

Bear in mind of course that an RV does typically have a propane furnace. They work great. Takes some electricity and they devour propane when it gets really cold & wintry, but they heat for survival as you say.
