My husband enjoys making chili from scratch.  We prep for this a couple weeks before we leave and make sure when we get to our site that we have all of the best ingredients and good oak wood for the campfire.  Starts about 9 am and about 6 pm we sit down to an excellent bowl of chili...tissues...

Other campers cutting through our site and not cleaning up after their pets are a close tie but pet poo stinks no matter how tiny your dog is.  Very inconsiderate people.

We replaced our ugly plastic with Corelle.  Happened to jump a curb in slow motion and the upper cabinet door opened dropping the corelle set onto the vinyl floor.  Not one broke, we were surprised but lesson learned, make sure dishes are on rubber mat so they don't slide out.  Haven't jumped...
