As soon as those timing chain tensioners and cam phasers start making your truck sound like a diesel or half the plugs brake off in the head when you're doing a tune up and you'll wish you had the 6.2. I'm a ford guy turned wrenches for them a few years even went to college for them but the one...
I've looked at a lot of trailers and 5th wheels lately in my opinion the newer ones are made cheaper and cheaper and last a lot less time . I see a lot more newer campers for sale with roof leaks and issues than I do older ones . A lot of delaminating and other issues that keep me looking...
I'm just relaying information but my 2 coworkers that RV looked into good Sam and passport Am they saw nothing it offered that their normal car insurance didn't offer for similar money and said their own insurance actually offered more than the others for around 15 a month . I don't know what...
If you checked the front end and there was no play then the bearings are tight . If you spin the wheels and don't hear any unusual sounds they probably aren't dried out or broken and if you pop the caps off and the grease looks clean and no signs of damage I'd say roll on 18 wheeler roll on :)

in our fleet we recently got around 100 new vans for the workers they're running Goodyear tires a good majority of them have required replacement at 6,000 miles . Another kind of van in the fleet also runs a Goodyear tire and the sidewall is so thin were constantly going out to replace them...
I haven't seen any tire these days that lasts 9 years I've got a set of 6 year old tires on my f150 and they're split all the way around please check the date code on the tire and let me know what it says I really would hate to see you have a blow out .
You're in for a big and expensive project . For starters all new tires I'm sure they're dry rotted and unsafe for a 900 mile trip . I'll assume it's carbureted if so it will need rebuilt And the fuel pump will need replaced because the diaphragms wear out when sitting dry for years . Tank or...
