And V2Neal, I just was curious since I have a bunch of auto antifreeze (and a bunch of RV AF) but I didn't think about the dumping problem.
Thanks Gary. I do run electric heat(a small oil fill and a small ceramic type on low setting) in the RV while it's sitting with cabinet doors/bathroom door opened.
I have blew out the water lines of water yesterday and poured antifreeze down the traps.
This morning it was 29 outside but inside...
Has anyone ever insulated their tanks with either Reflectix foil or spray type form or whatever? Thought it would help keep then from freezing if there is still water/waste in them. Any other thought?

I pulled my drain plug this afternoon as part of my winterizing steps and I also noticed a rod. I assumed it was a anode rod. It's still in good shape.
I also blew all the water lines with my compressor. I do run a small oil fill heater and it keeps the inside quite warm at 80-85 degrees(45...
You would leave the gray valve open until you are finished applying air pressure to get rid of any leftover water in the lines and have it drain out the gray valve then.....8. Remove the compressed air source and adapter. Close gray tank valve.
