Extended Mirrors for F250 Super Duty Crew Cab

If you have the standard towing mirrors, they extend out about another 5 inches. Just grab em and pull out.

Lesson Learned on Quality - now I need suggestions for next TT

I'm pretty sure the Airstreams don't have fiberglass siding, which was specifically listed as a requirement. You can go to the dealers lot, and shop by price. The most expensive ones will have fiberglass siding, metal fixtures, hardwood cabinetry, and maybe upgraded breakers.

2008 Sandpiper 34bh tt rain leak at refrigerator vent

inspect your caulk. if it's leaking from the same spot you just re-caulked, I recommend carefully scraping off as much of caulk as you can, an sealing with eterna-bond tape.

Leak in Holiday Rambler Alumalite Class C

Not necessarily true. You can't tell without a close inspection what it's going to take to repair the leak. the inspection might involve removing interior panels. It would certainly entail getting up on the roof, and finding the leak. You might have a lot of work ahead of you.

Getting rid of a window in 36 foot coachmen

A window above my head would be a skylight, but I suspect that's not what you a talking about. I don't understand, 1. What the window cover is, and 2, how running screws through it would preclude re-sealing it. Maybe a few pictures would help us to answer your question.

What is the manufacturer and model number of your fridge? We may need the serial number as well.

    electrical quandary

I agree, there's no inverter involved here. Get your DMM, and check the battery voltage. If you're just trying to get the water pump working, plug in the tow vehicle, make sure the engine is running, and check again for 12 volts. try the pump then, if still no 12 volts or pump, start checking...

    Geocaching-We just can't wait!

Suzy and I have been caching since 2004. We took a trip to many of the state parks in Kansas two years ago, and found a lot of caches. We've seen parts of the country we would have never seen if not for caching.

    First trip, same problem

Some trailers have a switch that turns off the microwave and turns on the water heater. You might check to see if you have that type of switch.

how much weight is too much

All axles have some positive camber to them, which may be noticable when unloaded. Your axles can probably be re-bent, if they are out of spec. check with your local trailer and alignment shops.

    Roof vent for rear refrigerator

You're correct, I've seen double-wide fridges in slide-outs that have to use the double wall vents. I suspect they don't always work that well. the fans were a good idea, but since that didn't help, I'd try to improve the baffles before you cut a hole in the roof though. Good luck!

    Travel Trailer and power converters

You may be referring to "30 amp service", which I'll bet your trailer is wired for. the only time you'll run into problems with that, is if you try to run the water heater on AC at the same time as the microwave, especially with the AC running. They can both pull around 1500 watts, which could...

    Roof vent for rear refrigerator

it seems to me that poor cooling is better than no cooling at all. I can't see how turning the fridge off will make it colder. baffling is critical! Check out this page: http://www.rvmobile.com/tech/trouble/vent.htm
