Keeping 5th Wheel plugged in over winter

I'll be stepping down from a 50amp outlet but if there is no problem with that then I will definitely get the timer and set for 1 hour daily. Purchasing a different type of converter at the moment is out of my budget for the moment. Need all I have to get to my next job. Thank you all so much...

Keeping 5th Wheel plugged in over winter

It's a 2000 Fleetwood Terry EX 30G. Is that too old of  a converter? I can have someone turn it on every now and then instead of all the time.

Keeping 5th Wheel plugged in over winter

I will be leaving my trailer for the winter and was wondering if I could just leave it plugged in to keep the batteries charged or do I have to get a trickle charger? What is the downside to keeping it plugged in? Really appreciate all the input.

Any experience with Terramax or Mastercraft Tires?

In need of new tires all around for my 30' 5er dual axle with GVWR of 11500. I'm a poor man and cant afford $1000.00 on new tires but of course I want to be safe. I stopped by my local tire shop and the LT215/85R-16 Terramax HT All Position and the Mastercraft Courser were recommended but I...

    Cleaning water heater with vinegar

Yes! Acid and aluminium do not mix well! Have you ever tried wrapping a lasagna with aluminium foil without a parchment liner laid on top first?  It basically dissolves the foil. I thought about that as well but watched a video that the person then flushed the system with baking soda therefore...

    Cleaning water heater with vinegar

Robertusa123 do I pour it into the psi valve or into the fresh water tank and run it through that way?  The psi spout is at a difficult angle and pointed down and to the left directly at about a 45 degree angle next to the exhaust vent

    Cleaning water heater with vinegar

I have seen a few videos and read a few articles on cleaning the water heater and adding vinegar is great however each video and article shows how to add the vinegar using a diversion hose or switch or antifreeze additive hose. My question is how do I add a vinegar mixture into my Atwood 6...

    Screws pulling out of wood

I like the idea of glue and match sticks for smaller holes and lighter weight items but this load bearing side table will work better with John's Tee nuts AND a bit of plywood. Thank you everyone!

    towing with f250 7.3 - wrong truck?

Frizlefrak sorry had the number wrong it is a 7.5L gasser not the 7.3 diesel. Oop, as for mountains I do live in Montana and got to get to different rivers wherever I might be guiding and as a fly fishing guide I don't have a lot of options when it comes to getting a new truck. Just hope she can...
