Not just floorplan differences, but also what chassis the coach is built on. Freightliner or Powerglide. There is a difference in storage capacity between the two. Would suggest that you see them in person (assuming you can find dealers with stock as most are fairly lean right now depending on...
Waxed our Journey (recently sold) once a year with Meguiar?s Gold Class carnauba wax. Still looked brand new after 10 years and our coach always sat outside. Going to try using Rejex on the new Tiffin since it is recommended. That one will be stored indoors since we plan on it being our last coach.
Upgrading from our 2010 Winnebago Journey 34Y to a 2020 Tiffin Phaeton 40 IH in 2-3 weeks. During a test drive, one of the lower compartment doors got bent from the slide tray which was obviously not locked from someone checking it out. New door on order from Tiffin. Waiting on the multi step...

You can also reverse it to pump oil out of the Mityvac and into your RV. I do this exact process to get rid of used oil from changing my TDI and into gallon jugs without spilling a drop.
You may want to consider a Mityvac 7201. Amazon typically has these for around $100. The bonus is that you can use them to change your car oil too as most newer vehicles can be drained topside in that manner. And in the winter time, no need to crawl down below on cold concrete. There are less...
Using power buffer would be cheating. ;) I do it all by hand, my friend.
Besides, I'm only 56 and it makes my arms feel like Popeye when I'm done (which, of course, they are not). :o
