Ernie, Next time I'm in Lowes I'll spend a little more time looking at the trim (probably should just let my DW pick it out.. LOL).. I was going to use the aluminum, but I like your way better. Thanks as always!
Hoping to have the floor completely finished...
Ya know.. that's a good question Ernie.. I'm going to run by Surplus Warehouse today to look. I'm sure they do. That would probably be better than the aluminum trim I am currently using..
I'm learning as I go here.. :)
The blue tape is holding the laminate panels in place at the moment. I haven't secured them yet. Just getting everything cut, sized up and in place.
Yes, I'm going to put nose trim around the top. Below is a pic I took last night. I have to go get another piece of trim today.

After a record breaking winter here in the south.. The temps are warming up and I'm ready to finally get out and try to finish this project (is it ever really finished?? LOL)..
Ernie, I wanted to ask you.. earlier in this thread you said to get commercial rubber tread for the stairwell. Where...

Thanks guys! I appreciate the tips. I'm ready to put that dog box back in.. just need to insulate it..
Got the carpet installed in drivers area... and the laminate is down in the living area.. Moving forward.. :)
Eternabond is expensive, but worth every penny IMO.. I bought a roll of roof seam tape and covered my seams with it.. i also put it around the skylight and around the vents.. There were small leaks around the skylight and also the front seam before.. NO leaks now.. :)
I also bought a roll of...
That facing is probably all one piece.. (well, several pieces screwed/tacked/glued together to make the facing) held to the wall/frame by screws you can only access from inside the cabinet.. Most likely, the only way to remove it (without ripping it out) is to remove the fridge so you can get to...
