Couple of weeks ago the guy trimming our palm trees found a 5 foot rat snake in the top of a 40 ft palm.  Hard to check the tail for rattles at a time like that so we are down one rat snake but can't say as I lame the guy!

By "factory direct" do you mean that any repairs would take longer or perhaps be impossible? There was so little response to this that I'm thinking it is an unpopular model for that reason.  One of the units we are looking at is in Florida on consignment.  Maybe they couldn't get it serviced...

Still looking and enjoying the search.  The latest model that we are enamored of is the Rexhall RoseAir...96 to 98 there abouts.  We've seen a couple in the 40k range.  Does anyone have a similar unit or opinions about Rexhall?

I did not know they behaved that way.  When we first moved into this place, about 10 years ago, there was very little construction around us.  A Coyote came to the edge of our yard and did just stand ther e and pose...our little dog at the time was 22 years old and blind...she never even noticed...
