    Anyone tried Mastercraft tires

I have Mastercraft tires on my Class C. I bought them about two years ago. I have not had any problems with them. So far I have travelled about 20, 000 miles on them.

    Replacing Tires Due to Age?????

In the past, I had blowouts twice  from old tires that looked very good. Both were bought used at garage sales. One of the blowouts took a good chunk out of the rear quarter panel of the van I had at the time. Since that time, I would never continue using a tire after 7 years old especially on a...

    Portable Gas Grills

We use a coleman and it has given us very good service. My advice is to get a small moel that you can sit on a  picnic table instead of the larger ones with legs. Much easier to store in an RV.

where is rear heater core located

I have a 1995 winnebago minnie 300. I found coolant lines running under the chassis that looks like prior owner just looped back to the front. I read online about a thing called a motor aid that heats the coach and water heater. Can anyone tell me if my RV  coolant lines connected to both the...

    Another Motor Home Fire!

So then, if the fire can occur with either gas or electric mode, what is the reason to replace the RV fridge residential one? is a residential fridge less likely to have a fire? Do they use a different refrigerant than an RV fridge that is safer?

Inverter - Do I have one?

I actually did a TV setup in my RV similar to what you are proposing. It was not the same brand, but i mounted a kitchen "under the counter" TV. It looks alot like the one you want to use.It is attached under the cabinet above the kitchenette table. It works quite good for the cheap price I paid...

Rubber Floor Mats for Winneboag-Unable to find new ones

Hello- My 1995 Minnie 300 Winnebago is on a Ford E-350 chassis. It  uses the same shape of rubber floor mats as a full size van with the passenger side being more narrow than the drivers side. (Common a few years back but today most passenger vans are mini vans).  In the old days. these kinds of...

I had posted about the 1970s winnebago that has sat for maybe 15 years

Well I'm not really an expert on that model.  One advantage of an earlier model is that the engine is probably alot less complex to work on with little to no pollution controls. I recently saw a Winnebago motor home at a campground from about 1972. I talked to the owner about it. It was on a...

I had posted about the 1970s winnebago that has sat for maybe 15 years

I have a 1995 winnebago that I've have for over a year. Put over 10000 miles on it since I got it. It is a fantastic motorhome. No major problems at all-just some minor things I had it in the shop for after i first bought it used. I'd recommend Winnebago. Good RV.

Can't Find States Visited Decal Map

After doing an internet search, I can't seem to find any online vendors that sell the maps (either for outside the RV or attached to the inside window). I'm talking about the ones with the solid colors for the states, that you attach after you have visited a state. Are these no longer available...

    Water heater won't light

I just discovered how to make it work but don't know why. If the coach battery is engaged the water heater will always light. If I'm only on shore power without coach battery, it will not light. If both coach battery and shore power is engaged, it will light. Is that normal or is there some sort...

    Water heater won't light

I have a winnebago with Atwood water heater-has electronic ignition. The water heater won't light. I'm not sure if it's because the propane tank valve was just opened and it takes a while for the propane to reach the tank. Ive been trying for two days to get it to light. I can hear the ignitor...
