My 1978 Terry uses a 2 wire analog thermostat that wasn't very accurate so I changed it out for a Honeywell I purchased from Walmart. Its and easy upgrade that took about 10 minutes. Here is a video if anybody else is thinking of upgrading their old 2 wire system...

I just had the same problem :-\ But I think I was to far away from the power source .aka not enough voltage to amps. I melted dog bone and 2 25ft ext cords. dumb Idea buy me and I paid for it  :-[

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right spot but I recently purchase a Champion generator and the owners manual says to stake in a grounding rod. I don't see us pounding a grounding rod at every boon docking local. Does it effect the generator much if I don't use a ground rod?
