    Lippert Ultra Level

Can't answer whether it was a faulty setting, but it was obviously wrong for my current location. My assumption is that they adjusted the level when it came off the Assembly Line with the Slides in.  As I said it adjusted perfectly to what ever settings were in the Control Module.  I checked...

    Lippert Ultra Level

Thks for the input, I was over thinking the problem. 1. I am on a level concrete pad. 2. The unit did Auto-Level to the Level Point set at the factory. I am assuming that it is set with Slides retracted. 3. The Leveling System is a Lippert  6-Jack System and I was assuming that the Rear 2...

    Lippert Ultra Level

I have recently abandoned the MH (thru traveling) and entered the 5th Wheel world again). I have a problem with leveling the 5th Wheel, it Auto-Levels to the settings entered at the factory correctly but is out of level.  Nowhere in the Literature does it spell out how to level and the last...

    Satellite Finder

I know how to set up a TV outside and how to get to the Satellite Strength and I know how cumbersome and slow it is to do so. I am going to purchase an inline and high quality Satellite Finder and was hoping I would get meaningful input as to Brand and Source. p.s. My neighbor is going to...

    Satellite Finder

I realize that the Signal Strength is available on the TV and I do have a small TV but it is very slow reacting and a pain to run all the cables necessary.  Am looking for a Meter that can be hooked inline at the Dish and will identify in real time the Satellite and strength so I can tweak the...

    Satellite Finder

Am getting rid of my MH and buying a 5th wheel to leave on my Site here in Naples, not buying a truck for towing.  In so doing I will lose my MotoSat DirecTV Dish.  I will be buying a SWIM Dish mounted on a Tripod which DirecTV will install and then will be bolted to my Pad.  The Park requires...

Looking for quiet water pump for Class B

Also make sure the pump is connected to the rigid waterlines (PEX) with flexible water hose.  This is recommended by the Pump Manufacturer.

    Step Cover Won't Retract

I assume you are talking about the single step and cover used on higher end coaches and also that the step is retracting normally.  I have worked on a Country Coach step system  and the cover did not have a separate motor.  The cover was connected to the step via linkages and closed as the...

    water pump troubleshooting- '94 Vectra

There is a valve between the Fresh Water Tank and the Water Pump which you close if you use the Water Pump to winterize with RV Antifreeze.  Make sure that valve is open and that the Screen on the input to the Pump is not clogged.

    TV no channels

Many Digital Converters do not pass DC and, if placed between the BOMB (which provides the DC voltage for the Antenna Booster Amp)  and the Antenna, will result in no received TV signals.  Move the Digital Converter to the output of the BOMB. Powering on the BOMB provides 12.6vdc to the...

Ride Height Specs for 2005 Monaco Camelot

I have a 2007 Diplomat and I always dump the Air Bags before I level.  I think it a procedure in the Manual and will check next time I go over the MH.  I dump for the following reasons: 1.  It lowers the coach and allows much easier access and egress, getting to old to step very high. 2. ...

Hydraulic Slide System Beginning to Fail

Ken, thks for the input, will I see hydraulic oil dripping from the pump motor????  Have always had oil residue coating that I clean off when I am in there, it is on both the Levelers and Slide assemblies since the day I got the MH.  It is not wet to the touch but enough to hold dust.
