I was told by a bike guy they have speed limiters and peg out at 300 kmh (180 mph). That is a few years ago, maybe it has changed. Like you I have lost my taste for speed, I don't heal as fast anymore.

My 1986 Gsx-r1100 did 307kms hr on a digital speedo (accurate to within 1 km per 1000 they said. this was a live run not a dyno run) in 1986 but it wasnt stock there was no limiter i still have the tape lol

My 2002 vette did 289kms hr downhill with a tail wind but would not break 300

That?s crazy fast. We have done 200 KMH in our Tesla model 3 which didn?t actually feel that fast. No engine sound, no noise except the wind, no transmission shifting. Sure gets there quick though. Boom.
