My generator had about 330 hours on it when the pump failed. I've put close to 100 hours on it since replacement.

I also replaced the fuel filter, but blowing through it revealed no restrictions. Probably was a waste...

Thanks Tom.  I did reread your post and see that you stated the geny hours.  Sorry but it's been over the top crazy lately.  We did the service (plugs, filters and oil) on our old Generac a few times and I'm going to start doing the Onan next time. 

 
Gary, I know that feeling. I've spent a couple days fighting my dash air just barely working.
