To whoever is thinking about getting insurance from Progressive Insurance you need to run the other direction. I had a limb tear a hole in in my motorhome roof and the adjuster said they would not fix it. He stated that I would have to patch it since it did not tear a hole in the wood just the rubber membrane. He stated that this is the industry standard. The RV repair shop stated that they had never heard of such nonsense. Progressive does not back up when it is time to make that yearly payment to them but they sure back up when it's time to pay out.
Stay Away from this company
I assume you contested that adjusters decision, you have that right.

I have Progressive insurance on my Class A. When I made a bonehead move and slapped the tail end of my RV into a metal pole in my RV Storage lot they immediately sent an adjuster and worked with my body shop (National Indoor RV Center in Lewisville, TX) to get my RV fixed fast and right.

The total bill came to $26,000 and they didn't give me or NIRVC any trouble. Yes, they raised my rate from $840 a year to $1,400 a year. But at this rate they won't break even for 18 years.

I highly recommend them to RV owners.
