built this using pine. Sherwin Williams did the stain match. Attached it using cleat hanger. Yes, it extends a few inches over mattress but my wife is ok with it. Shelf can be removed to tuck the sheets, etc

Love it I may need to build one like it, a bit more room up top for stuff. Is your hose got some type insulating cover? I get moisture in the hose with an O2 gen in the closet, thinking temp differance.

Is the hose covered, looks like it is?

Hose is not. On bottom shelfi, it comes forward and probably over the lamp. Unable to reverse connection toward headboard. Wife may use a large command coat hook to hold up hose. She is undecided right now. I'love update as we go with more pics.
