We have a Raptor 299MP 5er and really like it. Other than the normal little issues, we have not had any major problems and are very satisfied with ours. I just looked that one up, and it looks really nice, good luck and congratulations!
We have a Keystone Raptor, no major issues so far. I really like the onboard fuel station and generator setup and the large capacity for fresh and grey water on ours. It makes it nice and self sufficient for when I take it hunting. Some units have a rear wall in between the garage section and...
I was not directing at anyone, sorry if you took it that way, I was just making a generic statement about aftermarket devices, because some people actually believe that adding these will add to the trucks capacity. I know a guy who has an 18K GVWR toy hauler that he tows with an F-250 PSD, when...
Modifications such as air bags, Banks type performance enhancements, etc, will not change the tow rating of the vehicle. Just bear in mind the lability that could be involved if you were to be in an accident with a camper that exceeds the ratings of your tow vehicle. Also, think of yours and the...

There is a link to a thread with some info when I was going through it with mine. The name of the website and model is there.
Mine did sort of the same thing when the converter started going bad, can you disconnect the battery and run on just the converter and see if it does it? Then run on just the battery without the converter in the circuit and see if the symptoms change any. When I put ours on just battery, the...
I towed with it last weekend, 100 miles each way, and have to say that I like it better than my previous setup. There was a definite difference in the ride over the bridges and concrete joints(even DW noticed!). I think it may have had something to do with the fact that this hitch has a lot more...
