My wife and I rode the Polar Express last fall.

We race oval snowmobiles, and that sometimes takes us to Canada, yes they are very strick, never carried a pistol on those travels, you even had to tell them how much American gas you had, plus toolboxes etc. I was wondering if you could put a pistol, clip out, into a lockbox beside your bed...

When rving across the usa, can you carry a legal pistol in your 5th wheeler, note, I don't have a concealed pistol permit.  I guess what I'm asking, and I believe you 5th wheel is your second home, can you have a pistol inside you wheeler? Or might parks not allow them in, if they know you have one.

While towing my computer said sometimes, when going up a grade, I was getting 9, on the flat, usually around 13 I was getting, sometimes it would read 15+. I probably averaged 11-12 mpg for that short trip.

I have a 05 dodge diesel auto, pulling a 12000# 5th wheel, on slight hilly roads, going about 63 mph,I got 9-15mpg

Were heading to the Pigeon Forge area for a week or so in the end of March. Anybody have any recommendation as to where to stay, during our visit. We want to park around this area then travel into the mountains etc. Thanks

I took a indoor/outdoor thermometer in inside the trailer, it was the same as the outside temp, which was 34. I'm not too sure as to how many in's of insulation, but would assume, built for the Michigan weather, the dealer said the tanks were in where the heat could get to them somewhat. Just...

I have a 37' sandpiper 5th wheel. I was wondering if my furnance was putting out enough heat. Today it was 34 degrees out, and I set the thermostat to 60 degrees to see how long it would take to reach 60 degrees. Well one hour and 10 minutes later it at 54 degrees, seems like it should heat up...

well took it back to the dealer, found out the blower motor itself was broke. Hooked power direct to the blower wires, nothing. They ordered another blower assembly for it.

Anybody have or any knowledge on a insurance co called Explorer RV Insurance. I got a quote from the and it seemed pretty reasonable. Camper in question is 2005 Sandpiper 335 RLT. What doy you guys/gals recommend for insurance companies? I'm located in Michigan.

I just got the 5th wheel, it has one battery, would like to keep it reasonably warm in there, say 65-70. Its a 37' sandpiper, I may hook another battery up to the exsisting one. But I have another problem that is keeping me from finding out how long it will blow hot air on a battery. I will stat...

Was wondering if you have to use the generator all night, if your just using the furnace, will the battery last that long. This would be for winter camping, like 15-30 degree nights. Thanks
