We are going to get a BBQ for the motorhome and we would like to know from your experiences which types you like the best. I have seen charcol, propane and electric grill/smoker types. Which do you prefer?
If it's good meat it never needs seasoning. In my not so humble opinion.codgerbill said:but I personally think how you season it will make a big difference. :

BTW i can't stand steak spice. The number one ingredient is salt. Yuck. I've gotten to dislike the taste of salt lately.
