About an hour south of Gila Bend, and 1.5 hours south of Buckeye. Anyone ever stay there? It's a bit remote, but remote can be good.
Nope, heard of it though.Could be remote, but the place is often filled up --at least during the winter. I asked there once when I was boondocked at OPCNM.
I assume you have been at OPCNM before.

Can only boondock there, but they have everything needed at a central location. IMO, OPCNM is the most beautiful desert in the USA.Nope, heard of it though.
Very good Verizon coverage at the Twin Peaks Campground all the way down into Mexico. The tower is in Lukeville, AZ on the border of Mexico.Organ Pipe National Monument not far.
With Verizon, I don't think we have to worry about that with their cell tower in Lukeville. That's the only one you're likely to hit out there. I cannot speak for other cell services.Just be careful of roaming charges for cell phone due to being so close to Mexico!
Neither am I. I am only a traveler.I'm just not much of a tourist.

<Wiki snippet>I have not yet stayed a Gun Sight BLM. But it looks like a great place to try with my Y2K RV. My 2022 RV has like NO ground clearance. But my Y2K Class C has plenty.
Or are the roads good enough for my newer RV with very little ground clearance? My next trip will be in my 2022 30-foot Class A RV as I have not used it in months.
And I can charge my electric motorcycle at the charge stations in Ajo. There are several of them in Ajo that I can use.
If I need to take my old RV, I will have to save that trip for next winter as it will probably be too hot there near Why in a month or so.
BTW, I wonder why they named that place Why.

They wanted to name it "Y" after the wye in the road but the state would not allow a city name of less than 3 letters.BTW, I wonder why they named that place Why.
